I read 6'2'' somewhere, think it might have been a Guardian newspaper interview- which obviously makes it right...or not?
Maybe Brits should email Cantara and let them know we're sending Jake a T and we need his torso details (essential Jake Watch info no?) and ask if they can oblige as we wouldn't want to send the wrong size.
While we're at it (so to speak) what about Pops? Surely he deserves a T for all the effort he's putting into our Q&A. What about 'the Silver Fox' - or is that stepping on Momma's toes a little bit?
The Jake Watch presents to the Gyllenhaal clan are expanding rapidly!

(essential Jake Watch info no?) Absolutely essential, I agree. And I agree, took, that Pops should have something from The Girls. Maybe once he's published the answers to our questions, in thanks?

I read 6'2'' somewhere, think it might have been a Guardian newspaper interview- which obviously makes it right...or not? At the "Official Jake Gyllenhaal" site www.jakegyllenhaal.com/index2.html, Jake has answered a Q&A where it says: "How tall are you?" J: "I'm happily six feet tall!"
I knew I had read it somewhere, and I finally found it.
(Go to "fans" and then "FAQ. You asked him. He answered them!")

Can't buy it They only accept certain cards so I'll have to wait until Dad comes back and can put it on his Mastercard. It costs $7 to ship out to me and then I'll have to send it back again. Might have to think about this...I need a cunning plan!

Can you ship it straight to Cantara, Maybe you could tell her you have a little something for Jake and Could she give it or at leat take it from you. If she does not feel able to give it him then we can book a flight out to LA and give it him direct! Great plan no!

Maybe one of our LA agents (we have some yes?- if not we are a disgrace!) could take it to Urth and say that they were meeting Jake to deliver this but were called away on urgent business and could they just give it to him when he comes in? It would probably have to be unwrapped in case they were suspicious of the package.

Yes that would be a perfect solution..... thats how agents work (Although a setback can occur if Urth is used to this kind of operations)

They can only say 'no' and then we have to go to plan 'B' -good agents always have a plan'B'.

Oh, but what about if they say 'yes' not to provoke the agent into a violent reaction, and later simply bin the t-shirt, or WORSE, one of of the staff keeps it and starts wearing it at sundry farmers' markets and cupcake shops. That would be confusing.

I don't think they would have the courage to mess with a Jake Watch agent like that - and anyway there is the small matter of theft!

Right, it's ordered and should be winging it's way to me in 5-7 days. I'm a little edgy because I know cafepress is a big business but online money exchange scares me. It cost $22 with shipping which is about £12 (good exchange rates!). I'm going to set up a PayPal button soon so if anyone wants to donate towards the good cause they can. Not to beg but I'd appreciate it, mainly to cover shipping it back to the US again!
